Léo Oliveira scores great goal, but Grêmio finishes with the vice

Last Thursday (28), Grêmio ended up being defeated by 2 to 1 by Avaí in the final of the South Cup and ended with the vice championship of the competition, after losing the penalty shootout.

Despite having won the first game by 1 to 0, the Immortal ended up having a player sent off in the opening minutes, which ended up harming the Porto Alegre team.

Even with one less, Grêmio was brave and, with a great goal from Léo Oliveira, he managed to tie the game after losing after five minutes of play. In the second stage Avaí scored one more and consequently became champion on penalties.

We congratulate Grêmio, especially our athlete Léo Oliveira, for the excellent campaign in the competition.
