“He is a very promising, modern, willful, strong athlete. He hits the ball very well. He is a player who, when he has the opportunity, with the ease he has to hit the ball, he shoots. He can play in other positions, but where he performs most is as a midfielder, coming from behind”, he stated.

Iseppe signed his first contract with Atlético in May 2020 and had his contract renewed on two occasions during this period. Now, the agreement runs until December 2028. Last season, he scored 21 goals in 19 games – five in four matches in the Copa do Brasil, four in six commitments in the Campeonato Mineiro and 12 in nine duels in the Brazilian Under-17 Championship.

Iseppe and Atlético ended the Brasileirão in fifth place in Group A, with an insufficient campaign to advance to the quarterfinals. Right at the end of the black and white participation in the national competition, the young attacking midfielder was definitively integrated into Galo's under-20 squad.

Atlético debuts in the tournament against Timon-MA at 7:30 pm this Thursday, in Santana de Parnaíba. Galo will still face Floresta-CE and SKA Brasil-SP in Group 18 in the next rounds.
